Mandatory Requirements
- Prices must be VAT inclusive for suppliers registered to collect VAT (attach VAT Registration Certificate).
- Prices should be quoted in Maloti currency.
- Attach a Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation.
- Quotation must be on official letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.
- Provide an IBR number.
Important Notes
- IEC is not bound to the lowest price.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Delivery should be made at Central Warehouse next to WASCO, Industrial Area, Maseru.
