1. Background
The Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lesotho Lowlands Water Development Project Phase II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops and Accessories for the PIU.

3. Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services — July 2016, revised 2017, 2018 & 2021) and is open to all eligible bidders.

6. Submission of Quotations
Quotations must be delivered to the address below:

7. Bid Security
All quotations must be accompanied by a Bid Security of LSL 50,000.00 in the form of a Bank Guarantee.
