Mandatory Requirements
- Price must be VAT inclusive (attach VAT registration certificate if applicable)
- Attach valid Business Identity Card
- Attach valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBR number
- Indicate lead time on the quotation
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp
- Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
- Provide pictures of the furniture
Additional Notes
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
- Delivery must be made to the Central Warehouse next to WASCO Industrial Area, Maseru
- Submission method: Email only (hard copies will not be accepted)
