The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the supply and delivery of the following cleaning materials.

- Specifications.
Mandatory Requirements
- Prices should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to charge VAT. Attach a valid VAT Registration Certificate.
- Attach a valid Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number on the quotation.
Important Notes
- The IEC is not bound to accept the lowest-priced quotation.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of the goods.
- Quotations must be submitted on a company letterhead or bear the company’s official stamp.
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti (LSL).
- Quotations must state the lead time.
- Delivery shall be made to the Central Warehouse, Industrial Area, next to WASCO.
