MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach valid relevant Business Identity Card.
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation.
NB
- IEC is not bound to the lowest price.
- Specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Quotation must be on the company letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- Prices should be quoted in Maloti currency.
- Submissions should be sent via email only (hard copies will not be accepted).
- Delivery is to be made at Central Warehouse next to WASCO Industrial Area, Maseru.
