REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) 2025/26
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the supply and delivery of three (3) laptops.

- Warranty: 3-year warranty (upon registration)
- Quantity: Three (3) laptops
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated based on the following:
- Lead time
- Price
- Compliance with specifications
Mandatory Requirements
- The quoted price must be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (VAT registration certificate must be attached).
- Attach a valid Business Identity Card.
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- Indicate the lead time clearly on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation.
Important Notes
- Quotations must be on the company letterhead or bear the company stamp.
- Prices must be quoted in Maloti currency.
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without prior authorization.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- Delivery shall be made to the Central Warehouse, Industrial Area, Maseru, next to WASCO.
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price.
