REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police (MoLGCHAP) invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the short-term hire of six (6) 4×4 twin cab vehicles for the Police Department for a period of three (3) months during the 2025/2026 financial year.
The Ministry’s mission is to promote safety and security, deepen and consolidate a sustainable and effective system of local governance, manage policing of the national population, livestock registration, and migration for improved service delivery and enhanced quality of life.

- Valid trading license (where applicable)
- Valid insurance certificate
- Certified copy of vehicle ownership (ID)
