The Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police (MoLGCHAP) is mandated to promote safety and security, deepen and consolidate a sustainable and effective system of Local Government, policing, national population and livestock registration, and manage migration for improved service value and enhanced quality of life.
In this regard, the Ministry invites quotations for the short-term hire of seven (7) 4×4 vehicles for a period of three (3) months for the 2025/2026 financial year. The vehicles will be used by the Police Department.

- Engine Capacity: 2.4 to 3.0
- Fuel Type: Diesel

- Vehicle registration certificate
- Valid tax clearance
- Valid trading license (where applicable)
- Valid insurance certificate
- Certified copy of vehicle ownership (ID)
