Mandatory Requirements
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach valid relevant Traders Licence/Business Identity Card.
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation.
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB
- This RFQ does not change technical specifications from the two RFQs that were previously issued.
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without being authorised.
- Payment will be processed after provision of service.
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.

Quote hand delivery is not permitted.
