REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS – RFQ 2025/26
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotation from suitably qualified interested companies to service and repair shredding machine at central warehouse.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Conveyor belt is extremely worn out, needs replacement.
- Gear chains also require replacement due to excessive wear.
- Machine gears need to be properly greased on a regular basis to ensure smooth functioning.
- Thorough inspection be conducted to identify and address any other maintenance needs that may arise during the servicing.
EVALUATION CRITERIA:
- Lead time
- Price
- Specifications
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach valid relevant Business Identity Card.
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB:
- IEC is not bound to lowest price.
- Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
- The submission should be sent via email only, hard copies will not be accepted.
- For inspection, visit IEC warehouse next to WASA.
