REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS- RFQ 2024/25
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies to Replace Toilet Flush Systems.
SPECIFICATIONS
• Replacement of existing flush system with MW2EJF, Universal Dual Flush Cistern Kit, ccbibo.
• The system should improve flushing performance, reduce water consumption, enhance durability and must be cost effective in the long run.
• The number of toilets are eighteen (18).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Provide a drawing of the requirement.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
• Payment will be processed after Provision of Service.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and cc [email protected] or submitted in Procurement 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Wednesday the 22nd January 2025 4:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Replacement of Toilet Flush System’’.
