REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF BIOSAFETY
- The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (Project Management Unit) has received funding from the Government of Lesotho to support interventions in the fight against HIV and AIDS and Tuberculosis and Covid 19. Part of the proceeds will be used to pay for the repair and maintenance of biosafety.
You are now invited to submit your most favorable quotation for the repair and maintenance of Biosafety as specified in Annex – II: Specifications.
Requirements:
a. Valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity card.
b. Valid relevant Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. Vat Registration Certificate where applicable
d. The service provider must be ISO/IEC 17025 standard Accredited. Demonstrated experience in certifying Class II biosafety cabinets. Qualified technician with training in biosafety cabinet testing (NSF/ANSI 49 certification) troubleshooting, and maintenance. Knowledge in EN 12469 standard will be an added advantage. Relevant copies of certification and competence must be provided.
2. Quotation Price with clear breakdown for each costed item:
The bid price shall be for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing equipment as per Specification indicated under Annexure I and II.
Prices quoted for goods to be supplied from within the country or abroad shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
3. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of four (4) weeks.
