Mandatory Requirements
• The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
• Attach valid Business Identity Card
• Attach valid Tax Clearance
• Mandatory site visit: Thursday, 12th March 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at Election House, Maseru West
Important Notes
• IEC is not bound to the lowest price
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without authorization
• Payment will be processed after provision of service
• Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
• Provide the IBR number
• Indicate the lead time on the quotation
• Quotation should be on the company letterhead or bear the company stamp
• Price should be quoted in Maloti
