REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS – RFQ 2025/26
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies to fumigate at the IEC Central Warehouse and supply Roundup weed killer.
Specification
- Use relevant, approved, and safe chemicals
- Compliant with health and safety standards
- Supply one Roundup weed killer (20 litres)

Mandatory Requirements
All bidders must submit quotations that include the following:
- The price must be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
- Attach a valid Business Identity Card
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBR number
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company stamp
- Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
- Site inspection will be conducted on Thursday, 15th January 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at IEC Central Warehouse, Industrial Area, Maseru (next to WASCO)
Important Notes
- IEC is not bound to the lowest price
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization
- Payment will be processed after provision of service
