ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT Registration Certificate).
• Attach relevant valid Trader’s License certified from the source.
• Attach copy of a valid Tax Clearance certificate issued from the source.
• Attach Share Certificate from Registrar of Companies (NOT COMPANY’S EXTRACT).
• The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
• The supplier should comply with IFMIS.
The quotations should be deposited into the Tender Box at the reception Area at 2nd Floor MGC PARK on or before Monday 08th April 2019, at 12:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Supply of Kerio”
