The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for filling drainage pipe duct gaps from the fourth floor down to the first floor at Election House, Maseru West.
Specifications
- Works: Filling and finishing using durable wooden material, matching the colour and finish of the existing flooring and surrounding fittings
- Quantity: Twelve (12) units
- Ensure a professional appearance of the premises with proper finishing of the drainage pipe enclosure

Mandatory Requirements
- Price must be VAT inclusive (for suppliers eligible to charge VAT; attach VAT registration certificate)
- Attach a valid and relevant Business Identity Card
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
- Site visit is compulsory at IEC House, Maseru West on Tuesday at 11:00 AM
Important Notes
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBP number
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company’s stamp
- Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation
- Companies are not permitted to use the IEC logo without authorisation
- Payment will be processed after provision of services
- Submissions must be sent via email only; hard copies will not be accepted
