The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the Competitiveness and Financial Inclusion (CAFI) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Design, Supply, Installation, and Branding of Interior & Exterior Signage, Motivational Graphics, and Functional Installations at Entrepreneurship Hub & Seed Financing Facility – Maseru, Lesotho.
Invitation to Eligible Suppliers
The Ministry of Trade, Industry & Business Development through the CAFI Project Implementing Unit now invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers in the fields of Marketing, Specialized Design Activities, Photographic Activities, Advertising, and/or related fields for the Design, Supply, Installation, and Branding of Interior & Exterior Signage, Motivational Graphics, and Functional Installations at the Entrepreneurship Hub & Seed Financing Facility.

Requests may be made during office hours from 09h00 to 16h00 at the address provided below.
Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, 28th May 2026 at 10h00 at the Lesotho Entrepreneurship Hub Offices located at Fairways Plaza, former Ministry of Small Business Offices.
Submission of Quotations
Quotations must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the address below on or before 04th June 2026 at 10h00.
Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
