Eligible Contractors
This opportunity is open to:
- Youth-owned contractors.
- Women-owned contractors.
- Small, Micro and Medium Enterprise (SMME) contractors with BDS Category C or D.
Quotation Value
- Up to M350,000 per lot, including VAT.
- One lot per contractor.
Mandatory Requirements
- Contractors must inspect each facility before the quotation closing date.
- A Municipal Services Clearance Letter is compulsory.
Submission Requirements
Submit one sealed envelope per lot in the Maseru City Council Tender Box at:
MCC Tender Box, 3rd Floor, Moon Star Building, Kingsway.

Time: 10:00 AM
Questions must be submitted by 16:00 on Thursday, 5 November 2026.
There will be no public opening.
