Request for Proposals for the Supply and Delivery of One (1) Toyota Hilux Double Cab
The Council on Higher Education (CHE) is a statutory corporate body established by Section 4 of the Higher Education Act, 2004. The overall mandate of CHE is quality promotion, quality assurance, and advising the Minister of Education and Training.
Council on Higher Education invites legally registered suppliers interested in doing business with the organisation to register on its database. CHE specifically requests service providers in the relevant category.
Procurement Details
- The Council on Higher Education has received funds from the Government of Lesotho (GOL) to be used for the acquisition and supply of one (1) Toyota Hilux Double Cab.
- The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all bidders.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below under item 8(a), from 09:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Bidding Documents
The bidding document, prepared in English, may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address under item 8(b) and payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 500.

Bid Submission and Opening
Bids must be delivered to the address under item 8(c) at or before 14:00 local time on 4th September 2026.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of LSL 148,363.96.
Bid securities must be valid until 30th October 2026.
Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address under item 8(d) at 10:30 a.m. local time on 14th September 2026.
