The Petroleum Fund invites proposals from locally registered security companies and firms to provide security services for its headquarters in Maseru, Lesotho.
The Petroleum Fund is a statutory organisation under the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, established through Legal Notice No. 96 of 1997 under the Finance Order of 1988. Under the Fuel and Services Control (Delegation Notice) No. 32 of 2021, the Fund is mandated to set the prices and timing of adjustments for petroleum products. It is governed by a Board of Directors, while its day-to-day operations are managed by the Secretariat under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer.
Scope of the Assignment
The successful bidder will provide comprehensive security services for the Petroleum Fund Headquarters in Maseru under a one-year contract.

Proposal Submission
