Request for Proposals (RFP): Provision and Installation of Network Equipment for Wi-Fi Project for the State Library
The Lesotho Communications Authority (LCA) invites tenders from suitably qualified local service providers to submit bids for the provision and installation of network equipment for a Wi-Fi project at the State Library.
Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit will be held as follows:

- Time: 9:30 AM
Submission Details
- Sealed tender envelopes must be clearly marked:
“TENDER FOR THE PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF NETWORK EQUIPMENT FOR WI-FI PROJECT FOR THE STATE LIBRARY” - Submission deadline: Friday, 10 July 2026 at 11:00 hours
- Submission location: Tender box located on the first floor at LCA offices
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Opening of Bids
- Date: Friday, 10 July 2026
- Time: 11:15 hours
- Venue: LCA premises
Interested bidders are invited to attend the bid opening. Only one representative per bidder may attend.
