Multi-function Copier/Printer/Scanner/Fax Leasing
Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) proposes to procure services of a competent company to provide Multi-function Copier/Printer/Scanner/Fax through a leasing agreement.
RFP documents providing detailed scope and conditions are obtainable from the LNDC Head Office at Kingsway Street, Development House, Block A, at 6th Floor in Finance Division.
- Detailed RFP documents are available at a non-refundable cost of M500.00
- Sealed proposals clearly marked “RFP No: LNDC/CS/ICT/01/06/19 Multi-function Copier/Printer/Scanner/Fax Leasing” must be deposited in the tender box at LNDC offices, Level 7 on or before 12:00p.m. Friday, June 14, 2019.
- Proposals opening will take place same day at 12:05p.m.
- The proposals should include the following mandatory documents:
- Company Registration/Certificate of Incorporation,
- Valid Traders License,
- Valid LRA Tax Clearance Certificate,
- The profile of the company along with the references of similar jobs and magnitude.
- LNDC is not obliged to accept any proposal and reserves the right to withdraw any tender at its own discretion.
