REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
DEBT MANAGEMENT AND COLLECTION SERVICES
1. Introduction
Lesana Lesotho Limited hereby invites qualified legal practitioners and duly registered law firms to submit proposals for the provision of Debt Management Services.
The objective of this engagement is to support Lesana in the recovery, management, and resolution of outstanding debts in an efficient, lawful, and professional manner.
2. Scope of Services
The required services will include, but are not limited to:
- Legal review and assessment of outstanding debt portfolios
- Initiating legal proceedings
- Negotiation and management of repayment arrangements
- Initiating and managing legal proceedings where necessary
- Providing periodic reports on debt recovery progress
3. Eligibility Requirements
Interested practitioners and law firms must provide:
- Proof of valid legal practice certification and/or firm registration
- Company/firm profile and relevant experience in debt recovery or commercial litigation
- Details of key personnel assigned to the project
- Proposed methodology and approach
- Fee structure and proposed payment terms
- At least three (3) traceable references for similar work completed
