Conduct Salary Review for Lerotholi Polytechnic
Lerotholi Polytechnic is seeking proposals from eligible qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive salary review.
Objectives of the Review
- Benchmark salaries against industry standards
- Ensure internal equity and fairness
- Provide recommendations for future adjustment
Scope of Work
The selected firm will, amongst others, be expected to:
- Evaluate current job grading and compensation structures
- Compare salaries with relevant market data
- Recommend policy and structural improvements

Criteria
- Proven experience in salary reviews and compensation benchmarking
- Strong references from similar projects (minimum 2)
- A clear methodology for conducting the review
- Valid relevant trader’s licence and tax clearance certificates (certified at source)

- References from past clients (minimum 2)
