The Lesotho Communications Authority is a statutory body established to regulate the communications sector in Lesotho. Its primary mandate is to facilitate the development and provision of affordable and sustainable communication services while promoting free and fair competition, and ensuring consumer protection.
INVITATION OF PROPOSALS
The Authority invites proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the design, supply and implementation of a compliance monitoring and revenue assurance system. The solution should enable LCA to establish an accurate, real-time compliance monitoring and revenue assurance mechanism. The system must integrate different telecommunications & financial transactions metrics and provide oversight sub-systems. The compliance monitoring and revenue assurance system should be delivered and operated under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model.
