The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning has received financing from African Development Planning towards the cost Institutional Support Project for Debt and Expenditure Management and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payment under supply of ICT EQUIPMENT (ISPDEM) for Ministry of Finance and Development Planning.
The Ministry of and development Planning now invites sealed bids from suitable locally registered companies to supply ICT Equipment as follows:

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the African Development Bank’s “Rules and Procedures for the Procurement of Goods and Services”, 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
Requirements and Pre-requisites
Tenderer is expected to provide:
a) Company profile
b) Correct number of responses (one original and four copies).
c) 2 reference letters confirming experience in similar sized project
d) Copies of Traders License and Tax Clearance certified at source
e) Tender price should include VAT (where applicable)
f) Provide the delivery schedule

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain Clarifications at the address below during office hours (8.00 am to 4.30 pm Local time) until 20th September 2024
The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the payment of a nonrefundable fee of M1,500.00 at Ministry of Finance and Development Planning ISPDEM Accounts Finance House 3rd floor, Government Complex, Room 3003
Interested eligible Bidders must submit in a written form, in sealed envelope labelled “ICT EQUIPMENT FOR ISPDEM” and clearly labelling a Lot number applied, on or before 27th September 2024, on or before 12:00hrs (Local Time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Tenders should be deposited in the tender box at Finance House 3rd floor, Government Complex. Bids will be publicly opened on the 27th September 2024 in the presence of the Bidder’s designated representatives or anyone who chooses to attend at the address(es) below
