Description

Closing Date: 11th March 2022

Reporting to the HR Service Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing support services offering advice and consultancy support on the interpretation of standardised HR processes and plans to employees, managers and/or the business, spanning basic pay queries, benefits and other HR transactions. 

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and process payroll per budget for all employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved salaries and all related allowances and benefits due to the employees
  • Lead and act as a spoc for all reward related initiatives
  • Coordinate efforts between stakeholders to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports)
  • Gather data and prepare periodic HR reports for submission to all relevant stakeholders
  • Audit current pay process and highlight anomalies with regards to performance, experience, tenure in role and other diversity matrices and recommend appropriate action
  • Maintain data integrity in the relevant HR system(s)

Requirements

  • Degree in BComm Accounting or Equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in organizational payroll, reward or related field
