Role Purpose
To generate revenue for the store through connections, contracts for both data and voice, repairs, and managing employees in the store.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervise employees in retail stores
- Supervise daily operations of the store
- M-Pesa management
- Handle and resolve higher-level customer queries, inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Provide periodic reports covering progress on service quality measures
- Renewal of operating licences
Competencies
- Skills in sales and product promotion
- Excellent communication skills in both Sesotho and English
- Supervisory and analytical skills
- Ability to train and develop skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in telecommunications, especially in customer care, will be preferable
- Two years’ work experience in a managerial or supervisory position
- A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years driving experience
- Knowledge of billing systems will be an added advantage
