About the Role
Maluti Energy is seeking two reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Retail Filling Station Cashiers to join its growing team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for processing customer payments accurately, maintaining financial records, reconciling daily transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, mobile money, and other approved customer payments.
- Record fuel and retail sales accurately and issue receipts.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and prepare cash-up reports.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service.
- Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard company funds.
- Collaborate with fuel attendants and management to ensure smooth station operations.
- Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and financial controls.
Minimum Requirements
- COSC/IGCSE certificate or equivalent qualification; Mathematics and English are preferred.
- Previous cashiering or retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and good numerical skills.
- Good communication skills in Sesotho and English.
- High levels of honesty, integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
