Purpose
To manage bar and kiosk operations, including liquor administration, procurement and cost control.
Main Outputs & Responsibilities
To perform bartending and cashier duties as required. Set budgets for the bars and kiosks and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
Qualification & Experience required
Relevant tetiary qualification
At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position in a high volume bar and kiosk operation
Required Competencies, Knowledge and Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and formulas is essential. Understanding of alcoholic beverages and related legislation and requirements. The ability to manage time effectively and efficiently in accordance with work priorities to ensure qualitative outcomes. The ability to order things according to their importance or urgency. Good computer literacy and report writing skills. Good communication and reporting skills across all levels (both verbal and written). Strong Analytical skill and ability to work independently under pressure.Attention to detail and problem solving. People orientated.
