REQUEST FOR VEHICLES – SHORT TERM HIRE
The Government of Lesotho has allocated funds for the current financial year 2025/2026, part of which will be used to procure short-term hire vehicles for Queen ‘Mamohato Memorial Hospital (QMMH).
Interested service providers are invited to submit their most competitive quotations for the following:
Vehicles Required
1. 22-Seater Sprinters
- Quantity: 3
- Hire Period: 6 months
- Covered with plastic-washable material
2. 4×4 Double Cab Bakkie (Automatic Transmission)
- Quantity: 1
- Hire Period: 6 months
Rates
Rates shall be in accordance with the Government of Lesotho standard flat rate.
Vehicle Inspection
Vehicles must assemble at Queen ‘Mamohato Memorial Hospital on:
Tuesday, 30 December 2025
Time: 09:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Mandatory Attachments
Vehicle inspection must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Business Identity or Trader’s Licence (for registered businesses)
- National Identity copy (for individuals)
- Valid insurance certificate
- Valid tax clearance certificate
Mileage Requirements
- Sprinter: 80,000 – 100,000 kilometres
- Bakkie: 30,000 – 50,000 kilometres
