REQUEST FOR BUSINESS PROFILES
Disaster Management Authority (DMA) invites sealed vehicle business profiles from eligible and qualified Basotho‑owned companies and individuals to register their vehicles for leasing from a database for the year 2026/2027.
Submission Instructions
The sealed envelope or packaging bearing no identification of the bidder must be clearly marked:
“VEHICLE BUSINESS PROFILE”
Submissions must be delivered to the Procurement Office, DMA Headquarters, Maseru, from 09:30 am to 4:00 pm, not later than Tuesday, 7th April 2026.
Required Vehicles
- Bakkie Double Cab 4 × 4, not more than five (5) years old (e.g. 2021–2026 models).
Required Documentation
Each submission must include:
- Certified copy of vehicle registration certificate
- Certified copy of insurance certificate from an insurance company
- Copy of valid relevant trading licence (if applicable)
- Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certified copy of National ID
- Vehicle mileage must not exceed 120,000 km
