Instructions to Bidders
- Suppliers shall use the prescribed form as issued by the Procurement Office.
- Prices should include all relevant costs inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).
- Bidders should attach copies of the relevant trader’s licence, Tax Clearance, Municipal Clearance, and VAT Certificates issued by the relevant authorities.
- Quotations must be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked:

- Request for Quotations for Paving Bricks at Maseru City Council
- Quotations must be hand-delivered to the Procurement Office at Maseru City Council, Moonstar Building, 3rd Floor Boardroom, on Friday, 31st July 2026 before 12:00 noon.
