REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS- RFQ 2024/25
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and Delivery of the following books attached below.
EVALUATION CRITERIA
• Lead time
• Specifications
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT
(attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid and relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Quotation should state lead time.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
