Maseru City Council hereby invites all locally registered companies with relevant licences to submit quotations for the hire of the following equipment.

Instructions to Bidders
- Suppliers shall use the prescribed quotation format.
- Prices should include all relevant costs, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Attach copies of the following:
- Valid Trader’s Licence.
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Municipal Certificate.
- VAT Certificate issued by the relevant authorities.
- Quotations must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the applicable RFQ Reference Number:

- Quotations must be hand-delivered to the Procurement Office at Maseru City Council, Moonstar Building, 3rd Floor, Boardroom, on or before 12:00 noon on Friday, 31 July 2026.
