Overview
Maseru City Council hereby invites all locally registered companies with relevant licences to submit quotations for the supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Procurement Office.
Instructions to Bidders
- Suppliers shall use the prescribed quotation form.
- Prices should include all relevant costs, inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Bidders must attach copies of the following valid documents:
- Trader’s Licence.
- Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Municipal Clearance Certificate.
- VAT Registration Certificate issued by the relevant authorities.
- Bidders should submit one price quotation.
- Quotations must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with:
- RFQ Reference No.: MCC/PPE/ROADS/08-2026
- Request for Quotations for PPE at Maseru City Council
- Quotations must be hand delivered to the Procurement Office at Maseru City Council, Moonstar Building, 3rd Floor Boardroom, before 12:00 noon on Monday, 10 August 2026.

- Size 8 – 6 pairs
- Size 9 – 3 pairs
- Size 10 – 1 pair
- Size 11 – 4 pairs
