LETTER OF INVITATION

PROJECT NAME: Provision of Group Life Assurance for the Roads Directorate (RD) Staff

  1. The Roads Directorate has funds available towards the cost of “Provision of Group Life Assurance for the Roads Directorate (RD) Staff for the Financial Year 2023/2024.
  2. The Roads Directorate now invites tenders/quotations from Eligible Insurance Companies/service providers to offer Group Life Assurance to RD staff..
  3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours from 0800 -1700 hours at the address given below
  4. There will be a compulsory pre-conference which shall be held at Roads Directorate GroundFloor Board Room on Friday, 6th October 2023 at 10:00 a.m at the Roads Directorate Headquarters, Corner Senate and Lepoqo roads, Opposite Browns Cash and Carry, Industrial Area Maseru.
  5. Quotations comprising 1 original , 1 copy and a soft copy in a memory stick of the are to be enclosed in one plain sealed envelope bearing no identification of the Bidder and marked as follows; “Request for Quotations for Provision of Group Life Assurance for the Roads Directorate (RD) Staff” must be deposited in the Tender Box at Roads Directorate, Ground Floor, Room G11, Near the Procurement Section, Corner Senate and Lepoqo Roads, Industrial Area and addressed to Roads Directorate at the above address, to be received on or before 12:00 Noon, Thursday, 26th October 2023. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30hrs by the Roads Directorate’s Tender Board, in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
