BID NOTICE UNDER REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS PROCUREMENT METHOD
Request for Quotation for Supply and Delivery of Secondary Filters
QMHH/RFQ 1961 of 2026/27
- The Ministry of Health has allocated funds to Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital for the Supply and Delivery of Secondary Filters.
- The Entity invites sealed Quotations from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations procurement method contained in the Government of Lesotho’s Public Procurement Act.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address given below from 9 am to 4 pm.
- The RFQ Document in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the address below at 9(a).
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(a) at or before 18th August 2026, 2:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
- There shall be a mandatory pre-bid meeting/site inspection visit on the 12th August 2026 at 10:00 am at Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital. Attendance is mandatory for all prospective bidders.

- Relevant valid Business Identity Document
- Relevant valid Tax Clearance
- VAT Registration Certificate, where applicable
