Request for Quotation for Supply and Delivery of Groceries
QMMH/RFQ 2154 of 2026/27
- The Ministry of Health has allocated funds to Queen Mamohato Memorial Hospital for the Supply and Delivery of Groceries.
- The Entity invites sealed Quotations from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations procurement method contained in the Government of Lesotho’s Public Procurement Act.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information at the address given below from 9 am to 4 pm.
- The Bidding Document in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the address below at 8(a).
- Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) on or before 09th October 2026, 14:00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
- The documentation required to provide evidence of eligibility shall be:
- Relevant Valid Business Identity Document
- Relevant Valid Tax Clearance
- VAT Registration Certificate where applicable
