Request for Quotation for Supply and Delivery of Goods

Invitation to Quote
The Procuring Entity invites quotations for the supply and delivery of goods as described in Part 2: Statement of Requirements.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Request for Quotations procurement method contained in the Government of Lesotho Public Procurement Act and Regulations, and the procedures described in Part 1: Quotation Procedures.
Any resulting contract shall be subject to the terms and conditions detailed in Part 3: Contract.

Clarifications
Any request for clarification should be addressed to the Head of the Procurement Unit at the address provided by the Procuring Entity.
Submission of Quotations
Interested bidders are requested to prepare and submit their quotations in accordance with the instructions contained in Part 1: Bidding Procedures.
Bidders who do not intend to submit a quotation should inform the undersigned accordingly.
