Maluti Adventist Hospital hereby invites qualified and registered car rental service providers to submit quotations for the rental of vehicles as detailed below:
Service Required
- Vehicle Type: Toyota Fortuner (or equivalent SUV)
- Quantity: Five (5) vehicles
- Rental Period: Eight (8) days
- Condition: Vehicles must be roadworthy, insured, licensed, and in good mechanical condition
Quotation Requirements
Interested service providers must submit quotations that include:
- Daily rental rate per vehicle
- Total cost for five (5) vehicles over eight (8) days
- Proof of business registration
- Valid tax clearance certificate
- Copy of vehicle registration documents
- Proof of comprehensive insurance
