The Petroleum Fund invites proposals from suitably qualified and locally registered cleaning companies for the provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services at its Headquarters in Maseru, Lesotho.
The Petroleum Fund is a statutory organisation under the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, established through Legal Notice No. 96 of 1997 under the Finance Order of 1988. Under the Fuel and Services Control (Delegation Notice) No. 32 of 2021, the Fund is mandated to determine the price and timing of petroleum product adjustments. It is governed by a Board of Directors, while the Secretariat, headed by the Chief Executive Officer, manages the Fund’s day-to-day operations in accordance with the Lesotho (Petroleum Fund) Regulations of 2021.
Scope of the Assignment
The successful bidder will provide comprehensive Cleaning and Gardening Services for the Petroleum Fund Headquarters in Maseru.
The contract will be for a period of one (1) year, and the successful service provider will be responsible for maintaining the building and surrounding grounds to a consistently high standard.

Proposal Submission

- Technical Proposal (sealed separately)
- Financial Proposal (sealed separately)
