Request for Proposals for Cleaning Services

The Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) invites proposals from locally registered suppliers for Cleaning and Garden Maintenance Services for a two (2) year contract.

Currently, CAS operates from two (2) locations:

• Main Campus situated at Old Europa
• Satellite Office at Maseru East

Bid Submission Details

1. Closing date for bid submissions:
   Tuesday, 7th April 2026 at 11:00 am
2. Interested companies will be required to purchase a Tender Document at a non-refundable fee of M1000.00 (One thousand Maloti Only) from the CAS Accounts Office.
3. The tender document will be available for purchase from Monday, 9th March 2026.
4. There shall be a compulsory site inspection on Friday, 20th March 2026 at 14:30 hours.
   Failure to attend the inspection tour will result in the disqualification of the bid. The site tour will commence at the Main Campus (Old Europa) followed by the Satellite Office (Maseru East).
5. Payment may be made via:
   • Mpesa (Pay merchant: 0738)
   • Ecocash (Pay merchant 46505)
   • POS
   • Electronic Funds Transfer (details to be provided upon request)
   No cash shall be accepted.
6. All documents relating to this invitation must be submitted in one plain sealed envelope, which should not bear details of the bidder. The envelope should contain separately:
   • Technical Proposal
   • Financial Proposal
   and be marked “Proposal for Cleaning Services”, then deposited into the CAS Tender Box located at the Reception, CAS Premises: 46 Bowker Road, Old Europa
   Maseru 100, Lesotho Submissions must be made on or before 11:00 am, 7th April 2026.
7. Bidders must submit 1 original and 5 copies of both their technical and financial bids.
8. All submitted bids will be opened and announced on the same day, 7th April 2026, in the presence of interested parties or their representatives at 11:30 am at the CAS Main Campus.
9. Electronic submissions will not be accepted.
