1. About AfricaNenda
AfricaNenda is an Africa-led nonprofit that supports central banks and stakeholders to accelerate the deployment and improvement of inclusive instant payment systems (IIPS) across the continent. With a team of 21 experts across 11 countries, the foundation is committed to expanding affordable digital payments to 260 million financially excluded Africans by 2030.

2. Objectives
AfricaNenda seeks a qualified digital agency as a strategic partner to support the following:
- Digital Marketing
- Web Design & Development
- Data Visualization & Motion Design
- Social Media Strategy & Management
This is not just a service contract, but a growth partnership.
3. Scope of Services
Website Design, Development & Maintenance
- Design and maintain a user-friendly, fast, and accessible website
- Implement interactive features, data visualizations, and a Digital Library
- Provide monthly maintenance, technical support, analytics, and full source code ownership
Digital Strategy & Performance
- Holistic digital strategy: UX, SEO, SEM, content performance, user journey mapping
- Run continuous testing, tracking, optimization
Social & Digital Media
- Strategy, planning, publishing, engagement
- Grow audience, web traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation
Contract Duration
- Initial 1-year contract, with renewal based on performance
4. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital services (web, SEO/SEM, UX/UI, CMS, Power BI, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with NGOs, non-profits, or development organizations in Africa
- Strong portfolio with live samples
- Mandatory content languages: English, French, Arabic
- Ability to work remotely, under tight deadlines
- Commitment to quality assurance, risk mitigation, and maintenance support
5. Proposal Format
Technical Proposal (max 15 pages, including short CVs)
- Experience, qualifications, work process
- Team structure and portfolio
Financial Proposal
- Round 1: Generic rate card and daily rates per team member profile
- Round 2 (for shortlisted): Specific project-based quotation
- All costs should be in USD (inclusive of taxes if applicable)
- No conflict of interest allowed
- Language: English or French
- Work: Fully remote
- Validity: 90 days
