Request for Proposals – CCTV Monitoring and Maintenance
FNB Lesotho invites locally registered and qualified Security Technology Service Providers to submit proposals for DVR/NVR monitoring, CCTV maintenance, and support services across the Bank’s infrastructure.
This initiative forms part of the Bank’s commitment to supporting Basotho-owned businesses.
Scope of Services
There are a total of 59 DVR/NVR systems across on-site and off-site locations.
The appointed service provider will be responsible for providing comprehensive DVR/NVR monitoring, maintenance, and support services for the Bank’s CCTV infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- 24/7 remote, on-site, and off-site monitoring of DVR/NVR systems.
- Preventative maintenance of all CCTV equipment and associated infrastructure.
- Corrective maintenance and repair services.
- Emergency call-out services for critical incidents.
- System health monitoring and performance management.
- Regular reporting to the Bank’s IT team.
- CCTV monitoring platform access.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must submit the following:
- Company profile.
- Company Registration Certificate.
- Company Extract.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Trading Licence.
- Certified copies of Directors’ and Shareholders’ IDs.
- Reference letters from at least three clients.
- Company organogram.
- Technicians’ certifications.
- Proposed monitoring methodology.
- Detailed cost breakdown indicating:
- Annual monitoring cost for off-site ATMs.
- Annual monitoring cost for on-site locations.
- Cost per DVR monitoring.

No hand-delivered applications or late submissions will be accepted.

FNB Lesotho reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Accept or reject any proposal.
- Request clarification or additional information.
- Discontinue the procurement process without appointing any service provider.
