REQUEST FOR EXTERNAL EVALUATION OF A PROJECT
Southern Mountains Association for Rural Transformation and Development (SMARTD) invites submissions of expression of interest from suitably qualified consultancy companies to conduct an external evaluation of their program. The consultant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting evaluations of projects/programs that are implemented in rural areas with preference for those familiar and/or have evaluated agro ecological programs.
Interested candidates should submit a 10-page proposal together with a copy of each evaluation team members’ CV. In addition, SMARTD requires a submission of a tax clearance certificate and a profile related to work conducted by potential consultant over the past 5 years.
A detailed budget and three re references must also be included in the proposal.
