REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEBT COLLECTION 2021/2022
Introduction
The Ministry of Development Planning (MDP) has received funds from Government of Lesotho to request an EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEBT COLLECTION 2021/2022 through NATIONAL MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT SECRETARIAT (NMDS)
Issuance and Submission of Bids
The tender is issued on Tuesday 01/June/2021 and closed on Tuesday 13/July/2021 at 12:00 noon. Bid responses from competent consultants/bidders must be submitted to the Ministry`s Tender Box situated next to the Minister’ suit at the entrance foyer of the top floor of the Ministry of Development Planning Building (Africa House), Government Complex, Corner Nightingale and King’s Way Road, Maseru, not later than 12:00 noon, 13/July/2021 as follows:
Technical proposal in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies in an envelope marked “Technical proposal for EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEBT COLLECTION 2021/2022
technical proposals must be enclosed in one sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEBT COLLECTION 2021/2022
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Development Planning (Procurement Unit) not later than 13th July 2021 at 16:00 noon. A free Tender Document is obtainable at procurement unit. All tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend on Tuesday 13 July 2021at 14:30 at the Ministry of Development Planning Boardroom.
