1. The Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Lesotho Public Sector Foundations for Service Delivery Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply of Printers, Cartridges and Cabling to support Integration of Revenue Management System (IRMS) Consolidation. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, except for payments specified to be made through a letter of credit.
2. The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following goods:

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (September 2023) and is open to all eligible bidders.

Bidding documents may be inspected during office hours, 0900–1600 hrs, at the address below.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00 via EFT. Banking details will be provided by the Project Coordinator’s office at Finance House, Third Floor, Office No. 3047.

An electronic copy will also be shared via email.
7. A virtual Pre-Bid meeting will be held on November 13th, 2025 at 11:00 am (Lesotho Time).
8. Bids must be delivered in hard copy (1 original and 5 copies) to the address below on or before December 05, 2025 at 12:00 hrs.
Electronic submissions will not be permitted.
Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders’ representatives.
9. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of M10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Maloti).
10. Attention is drawn to the requirement to disclose beneficial ownership information of the successful bidder as part of the Contract Award Notice.
