Language Required:

The Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for providing the relevant reports to the Customer Success Department (Customer Service and Work Force Management). The job scope comprises the design, development and operational support of metrics and reports as well as servicing regular and ad-hoc analysis/information requests from the Customer Success department, the company’s Account Executives and the company’s clients. The Business Reporting Analyst is also responsible for providing documentation and when needed presenting material to relevant peers and stakeholders.
