REMUNERATION & BENEFITS CLERK (2 positions) In the Human Resources and Administration Division

Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned positions. The positions will be tenable at the Head Office in Maseru. The incumbents will be responsible to the Remuneration and Benefits Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Management or related field.

EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• A minimum of two years’ experience in the remuneration and benefits field.
• Excellent computer literacy.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence.
• Excellent interpersonal and personal skills.
• Methodical and disciplined approach to work.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Extremely organised.
• Good reporting skills.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The incumbents will be responsible for performing, amongst others, the following:
• Maintaining sound performance of human resources information systems (HRIS).
• Consolidating all payroll inputs and capturing them in the payroll system.
• Compiling monthly organisational staff compliment.
• Liaising with third parties in resolving payroll related queries.
• Processing payment of terminal benefits.
• Receiving and effecting all deductions relating to third parties.
• Reconciling all third party payments as well as provident fund deductions made to the Administrator.
• Attending staff queries related to payroll.
• Producing monthly reports related to payroll.
• Filing all source documents.
